Why Host with Hostashoot

Completely Free

There’s no cost to list your space and you keep 100% of your negotiated rental rate. Hostashoot is paid directly by the production team.

Small Production Sizes

Hostashoot specialises in smaller productions (commercials, music videos, and branded content). An average production is 12 hours with a cast and crew of about 15 people.

Fully Insured

Hostashoot collects mandatory security deposits for any minor damages. Your home is also covered by the production’s insurance policy.

Exclusive Representation & Management

It’s called Exclusive for a reason. We represent your interest and negotiate with production companies on your behalf so you won't have to.

Venue Styling

We have been transforming residential and commercial venues since in 2003. Our services were born out of our customers desire to create “The Airbnb look” in their home. Something that we are experts in!

Content Creation & Photography

Oh We love this part! We take photos of your actual venue (after making it look amazing) just gives your listing so much more personality. We're sure you agree.

Cleaning

No time to make your venue spotless? We can take care of that for you. All production shoots come with a complimentary cleaning service post production.

THE PROCESS

STEP 1

Consult.

It all begins with a meeting. We will discuss set-up of your venue, pricing and make suggestions on property improvements, and etc.

STEP 2

Retouch it.

Now this is where we start working. Once we define what your venue could be, we’ll create a strategy and project outline together and start the styling process. It’s also where we build a business relationship, not just a project. Cause after all, we’re human.

STEP 3

List it.

Once your venue goes live we need to make sure to bring it to the right people. This is where we find out who your suitable production team is and how to best reach them throughout various channels.

STEP 4

Earn Money.

Hostashoot collects payment from production teams before the shoot date. To protect your venue we collect a security deposit to cover any minor damages. Hostashoot holds these funds in escrow until the end of the shoot.
